Each guide on OpenDesignMD describes how a public website looks, with screenshots of that site. We aren't affiliated with the companies shown, and we don't want to show anything its owner objects to.
What you can ask for
- A correction, if a guide gets colors, fonts or other details wrong, or describes an old version of your site.
- A new screenshot, if the current one is out of date or shows something it shouldn't.
- Removal of a screenshot, a guide or a whole design page.
- A copyright or trademark claim, if you believe something here infringes your rights.
How to send a request
Email [email protected] and include:
- the link to the page on opendesignmd.com, for example
https://opendesignmd.com/designs/example/; - what you'd like corrected or removed, and why;
- how you're connected to the site or brand, such as an email from its domain or a link showing you work there; and
- your name and a way to reach you.
Copyright and trademark claims
For a formal claim, please also include:
- a description of the copyrighted work or trademark you believe is being infringed;
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use isn't authorized by the owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement that the information in your request is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner; and
- your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
We read every request and reply as soon as we can. If a request is valid, we correct or remove the content, and it disappears from the site with the next update. Search engines may keep showing an old copy for a while, until they visit the page again. If we need more information to act, we'll ask.
If you think something was removed by mistake, email us with the page link and the reason, and we'll take another look.
